Patricia Spires, Founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Spires is a co-founder and provides financial management and planning for EST Group—directs financial goals, objectives, budgets and manages financial risk.  She has previous entrepreneurial and accounting experience in various mercantile and retail sectors, from owning her own uniform company to providing managerial, trade and accounting support for several businesses. Her dedication to EST Group and its employees has helped ensure top customer service and long-term vendor relationships.

As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of EST, Spires handles daily operations and oversees all financial aspects of the company.  She is dedicated to maintaining a commitment to quality of excellence, while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Spires also focuses on creating a positive company culture.  She oversees the human resource department, one of her favorite duties, where she enjoys working with a group of talented employees that make EST Group the success it is today.



Tim Spires, Founder and President

Identity and Security is a passion for Spires. He has worked with Identity and Access Management solutions since they were conceived and continues to be a strong advocate for the benefits and value IAM brings to the enterprise. He delivered the first Storage Area Network solutions to North Texas and EST Group is recognized as one of the leaders in this space, delivering virtual environments, servers, backup and disaster recovery, directories, email and custom development.

Tim’s extensive experience has taught him to listen first, understand the challenge, and then create the right solution by leveraging a client’s technology and incorporating innovations tailored to current and future needs.



Kelly Foster, Founder, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Foster is one of the founders and current Chief Operating Officer of EST Group. He brings substantial expertise in multiple Information Technology arenas to EST Group employees and clients.  As a veteran of consulting, Foster applies appropriate solutions to business problems, reducing costs and improving overall efficiency. He can develop long range plans in IT for clients, and get the resources necessary to make that plan a reality. He provides leadership on large and complex projects, ensuring a real return of investment to EST Group’s clients.  Foster’s ability to attract, develop, and maintain some of the most talented people in the industry is a key to EST Group’s success.

Throughout his career, Foster has proven the value of technology in a multitude of market segments, whether it is small and large school districts, large hospital systems, government municipalities, large engineering firms, or medium to large law firms.
